Vehicle Decals
The 2015 vehicle decals will be distributed with the February water bills. Each bill will include four decals. Please avoid misplacing the decals, as a fee will be assessed to anyone who needs to obtain additional decals. The charge for decals beyond the four issued is $10 each.
If you are a homeowner who rents their property and does not receive a water bill, but would still like to obtain decals, please contact Town Hall at (910) 842-6488 or email reception@hbtownhall.com.
